Skin experts say that curd has many properties to maintain natural beauty. The lactic acid present in it helps in bleaching the skin. It helps in keeping the face and scalp healthy, nails and acne. And yogurt is a good tonic for blemish-prone skin. It also acts as a cleanser and makes the skin clear.



 The secret to glowing skin

 Daily application of yogurt on the skin is said to be beneficial for glowing skin, it restores the natural glow of the skin and within a few days the face starts glowing.

 Get rid of nail acne

 To protect the face from nail acne and blemishes, it is useful to mix two spoons of curd with one quarter spoon of turmeric and apply it on the face for fifteen to twenty minutes.

Night cream

 Yogurt can also be used as a night cream. For this purpose, mix a few drops of lemon juice in a spoonful of yogurt and apply it on the face as a night cream and leave it with light hand massage. Good soap in the morning.  Wash your mouth with

 Elimination of wrinkles

 Add half a spoon of cano juice to two spoons of yogurt and apply it on the face for ten minutes, then wash the face with lukewarm water.


 To remove wrinkles, make a paste by mixing two spoons of yogurt with one spoon of oats and apply it on the face and massage it with light hands, then leave it on the face for fifteen minutes and wash it off with cold water.

 Blemish-free skin

 Yogurt is effective for removing dark spots on the face. For this purpose, mix one spoon of yogurt with one spoon of honey and one spoon of egg white and apply it on the face, the difference will be evident in a few days.



 Smooth skin mask

 Add an egg white and a few drops of lemon juice to yogurt and apply on the face and wash off with cold water when dry. This is a useful mask for oily skin.

 To bleach the color

 Mix ripe papaya with curd and lemon juice and apply on the face, this mask increases beauty by whitening the complexion.



 Eye circles

 Yogurt is beneficial for removing dark circles around the eyes caused by lack of sleep. Dip a cotton ball in yogurt and keep it on the circles for ten minutes.

 Dryness of the head

 Dry hair is a common problem in winter. Curd is said to be useful for this. Mix an egg in curd and apply on hair to remove dryness.


 After that, cover the head with a towel and wash the head after an hour. This not only eliminates the dryness but also relieves the itchiness.

 Soft and supple skin

 To make the skin soft and smooth, add one teaspoon of cocoa powder and one teaspoon of honey to four tablespoons of yogurt. Now apply this mask on the face for twenty minutes. Then wash the face with lukewarm water.


 A mixture of equal weight of lentil powder and orange peels can be applied in curd. Leave it on for fifteen minutes. If the skin is very dry, add a little honey. The skin becomes soft as well.  It will also become shiny. Yogurt can make a good scrub. Due to the scrubbing properties of yogurt, massaging it removes dead skin cells.


 Make a thick paste by mixing rice powder in curd. Massage it on the face in circular motions. After massaging for a while, wash off with cold water. Barley flour can also be added instead of rice.

 For falling hair

 Mix two spoons of fenugreek powder in half a cup of curd and apply it to the hair roots with the help of a brush. After an hour, wash your head with a good shampoo.


 Apply twice a week for better results.

 Soft hands and feet

 To keep the hands and feet soft and smooth, mix besan turmeric and salt in curd and make an abton, massage with this abton.  To use curd, add a few drops of lemon or orange juice to one to two teaspoons of curd.


 The stearic acid in lemon or orange juice provides natural moisture to the skin.
